The Role
As Affiliate Relations Manager, you’ll own the partner lifecycle end-to-end: sourcing high-potential affiliates, negotiating value-driven commercial terms, and nurturing relationships that deliver consistent, measurable growth. You’ll map the Canadian affiliate landscape, segment partners by audience quality and conversion potential, and build tiered engagement plans that align incentives with performance. Day to day, you’ll translate business goals into clear promotional calendars, provide affiliates with tested creatives and compliant messaging, and coach partners on funnels that improve CTR, deposit rate, and player retention. You’ll also collaborate with product, SEO, and content teams to launch timely offers, align landing pages to intent, and ensure tracking is airtight across devices and channels.
Analytically, you’ll own the numbers: defining KPIs, instrumenting dashboards, and running weekly reviews to spot lift opportunities and underperforming placements. Using cohort analysis and LTV modeling, you’ll rebalance spend toward partners who deliver sustainable value while testing new sources through controlled pilots. You’ll stay current on regulatory updates and network policies, maintaining strict compliance and responsible-gaming standards in every campaign. Success in this role looks like a diversified, low-churn affiliate portfolio, efficient CPA/RevShare economics, and a repeatable playbook that scales. Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and recruit new affiliate partners within the Canadian online casino industry.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing affiliates and operators, ensuring long-term collaboration.
- Develop creative promotional strategies and marketing materials designed to improve affiliate performance and player engagement.
- Monitor affiliate campaigns across various channels, track key performance indicators, and provide in-depth analysis.
- Adjust strategies based on performance data to optimize traffic, improve conversions, and drive revenue growth.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor activity, and new technologies to keep the platform ahead of the curve.
Requirements
- Proven experience in affiliate relations in gambling industry, preferably within the online gambling, iGaming, or entertainment sector.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical abilities, with the capability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Solid understanding of the Canadian online gambling market, particularly in relation to no deposit bonuses and free play opportunities.
